Together, we can develop weekly and monthly menu plans to help individuals and families make informed and balanced meal choices.

Managing what is in our home inventory can be daunting and frustrating. Do you find yourself staring into the refrigerator or pantry (or both) and hoping that you will find sudden inspiration? 

 

Building a plan for the week (or month) can take the guesswork out of "what's for dinner". Spending a few minutes to write down what you want to make for breakfast, lunch, dinners or all three can help ease you into the week, knowing you have a plan.

What we'll cover:

  • Inventory Check: Evaluate what’s currently in your pantry, fridge, and freezer.

  • Recipe Selection: Choose meals based on what you already have and what you’d like to eat.

  • Grocery List Creation: Identify missing ingredients and compile a shopping list.

  • Weekly & Monthly Menu Planning: Create a calendar of meals to streamline cooking and shopping.
