In the Kitchen
Beginner? Novice? Skilled but want to try something new?
Being in the kitchen, looking at a recipe, can be intimidating; I'm here to guide you through picking up a knife for the first time or to support you as you learn a new technique.

From the basics to more advanced techniques, I want to guide you through your evolution. Cooking may seem like it comes to some more naturally than others, developing your own "way" in your kitchen is about building self-confidence, understanding the language used in recipes and surrounding yourself with ingredients you want to cook with and enjoy eating.
Together we can identify your skill level and what you want to learn:
-
Beginners in the kitchen: Learn knife skills, pantry essentials, simple meals (like stir-fries, pasta, soups).
-
Intermediate kitchen adventurers: Explore baking, sauces, roasting, and meal planning.
-
Advanced cooks in the kitchen: Dive into techniques like spatchcocking poultry, making fresh pasta or ravioli, and plating multi-course meals.
Together, we can build the menu, and you can learn the techniques (could also be done as a group).
